weird or strange movie facts:

Star Wars always had the best.

1. For closeup shots of the Death star surface, Pieces from over 500 plastic model battleships were used

2. The engine pods on the back of star destroyers were made out of Panty-hose egg halves.

3. In Empire Strikes back, the rebel ground troops were played by: The Noreigan Red Cress Mountain Rescue Skiers… (to this day they still claim faim to this)

1. In Empire Strikes Back, the whole wompa scene at the beggining was never scripted. However sometime between filming of Ep 4 and 5 Mark Hammil got into a bad car wreck and had scars on his face. Despite plastic surgery, the scars were still there, so the wompa was added to explain them

2. In Retuurn of the Jedi, when Han Solo comes out of the Carbonite, Harrison Ford was suffering Polio or some bad sickness, and was confined to a wheelchair. When he falls to the floor, he in fact had fallen from the chair.

In Raiders of the Lost Ark, there is a scene where Indy is chasing some guys who took Maryann, and suddendly the crowd parts to reveal a dark clothed guy with a big sword. Originally, Ford was to grab a sword and fight him, but he along with most of the cast were suffering from waterbone (some sort of sickness) and felt too weak to fight so he opted for the gun.

When Bruce Lee was alive and made movies he moved so fast that the movie makers had to slow the fight scenes down so you could actually see Lee's moves. That is the only really amazing one I know besides your two.
