P.S I can't order buy things online we have Wal-Mart Target Kmart Shopko Walgreens Tinker Toys here! And money isn't an issue here we want him to have a great first Christmas even though he won't remember it we are video taping and taking pictures (lots) he is my first thanks!

Hey hunnii! Mu daughters 1st christmas too! Eeeek 
She's not 5 months old until the 30th but most the things I've got her for christmas are 6 month + because i thought buying her younger things is pointless.
Her main present is a fisherprice jumparoo! (Google it, they are expensive but they are so cool) its like a walker style thing but its to jump and it spins and has toys attached ect to help them strenghen their legs.
She's also got a sit me up which is a play mat but also turns into a kind of cussioned seat to help them learn to sit better.
She's got a fisherprice pretend phone, a lullabye glo worm and loads of other musical toys that do things.
I gave her one of her presants early and she LOVES it! Its a vtec laugh and learn ball! It rolls on its own and has numbers to press and sings.
Rattles and teethers never go a miss either and bright colours and sounds

My daughter will be 6 months I got her a ride And push walker some ring toys an infant lap top a touch screen baby phone look for toys in the range of 6months, to 12months that way if gets some use out of them Walmart has a lot of cool learning toys
Five month old babies, normally like things to pull, like the pull cars or trains that are made of a light weight plastic. Also, they like stuffed animals, not too big, but not too small. About medium sized stuffed animals are always fun to play with, and to lay on while taking a little rest. Some babies like a blanket to pull around or to lay on.
At 5 months old my son was already crawling and walking on furniture. He liked light up musical toys. Maybe a bouncer or an exersaucer he loved those and still does at 10 months old.
