Anybody Know Any Dental Insurance That Covers Under-bite Surgery?

I have a class 3 under-bite (prety severe), I have been looking for an oral surgeon in San Diego county and was wondering if anybody knew of any insurance that would cover atleast part of the surgery.

My 5 year old is having dental surgery under general anesthesia in 5 days & has a cold. Should we postpone it?

She is having pre-op tomorrow and we are wondering if we should postpone the sugery now or wait till Friday? She has a very bad gag reflex and a bad cough and coughing fits. I know we should just wait to talk to the pediatrician but just trying to collect info.

Is it a good idea to pierce lip right after dental surgery?

Just got two teeth pulled out. I was put under some anesthetic thing and now my whole face is numb. no laughing gas or anything so I can still think clearly. I just wanted to know that since my face is already numb should i take advantage of that and go ahead with piercing my lip and nose? or will that cause problems? like I might accidentally mess something up but not know because I cant feel anything..? (self piercing -.-)
