Teeth Whitening

I know there are pen kind that you can "paint" on the go and you have to stay on top to "cover up", but I was just wondering if there are any product (such as teeth whitening tooth paste / mouth wash) that actually work and are really good ? I brush teeth everyday anyway, so… I was just wondering.
