Anybody Know Any Dental Insurance That Covers Under-bite Surgery?

I have a class 3 under-bite (prety severe), I have been looking for an oral surgeon in San Diego county and was wondering if anybody knew of any insurance that would cover atleast part of the surgery.

I have heared that most PPO dental insurances should cover some if not all and also that Kaiser Permanente might have full cover on it.

Does anybody know an insurance that covers under-bite surgery?
