Can My Gap Between My Teeth Be Fixed ?

So I Have a Gap Between my teeth Ndd I dont like it.I've been to the dentist plenty of times ndd they say that im missing teeth in the back which is stopping the gap from closing..I was wondering if there is something i can get to close it? Please Help Soon :] Thanks……Also I am a little embaressed to smile nd laugh because i dont know what they will think of my gap.
