If all four are bony impacted, is it really necessary to be removed?

Suggestion:
Impacted wisdom teeth typically are removed. Just ask you dentist or oral surgeon (if you have one), they can tell you whether or not they should be removed.

I have two of them on the top….. They never hurt me either…ever. Why get em removed when there's no problem. I had these come in in my early 20's…I'm 30 now and still no issues.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
