How Bad is the Wisdom Teeth Extraction/recovery?
I'm really nervous about getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. The upper ones are emerged, one only partially. The bottom ones are impacted but haven't caused my teeth to shift or caused any other pain. An Oral Surgeon is doing the procedure and I'm getting an IV so I'll be asleep for the surgery. I'm really worried about the amount of pain and discomfort afterwards and I'd like to see what you all have to say about your experience. Could you guys give me some details on the experience and any tips for a speedy recovery and a less painful one?
Suggestion:
Getting all 4 wisdom teeth taken out all at once by an oral surgeon is the best way and least painfull
way of removing them. You will be on pain killers so pain should not be a problem. What you want is a speedy recovery, and you can get that if you are on a healthy diet such as organic vegetables and fruits, herbs and tea. Plenty of clean, plain water, no red meat, no smoking, no alcohol , no
carbonic drinks.
