How Long Should I Wait After My Wisdom Teeth Extraction to Start Taking My Antibiotics and Pain Meds?

I just had my wisdom teeth extraction and my face is still numb, the antibiotics can be taken with food but one doesn't need to be. How long should i wait to start taking them?
