How long is this going to last?
Suggestion:
The anesthesia will wear off in a few hrs. but depending on how close they were to your nerve you could lose feeling in your chin, lip etc. for a week or more. That can be normal. Just means your nerve is bruised. But if it isn't bruised, you should get feeling back by the end of the day!
