How Much Does It Cost to Have Surgery for Your Teeth, Instead of Wearing Braces?

hi am 16yrs old.. i had to wear retainers for 6 months and then fixed braces after. i wore the retainers for a bit but then i stopped wearing them. i just could stand wearing them cos they were so uncomfortable and i hated wearing them!! i'd rather just wear the fixed braces only but i cant do that. i really would like straight teeth but not with wearing retainers or fixed braces cos it takes too long. i want to know how much it costs to have surgery instead and if it is better! i've done some research and there is a clinic in london that do dental surgery. its called… london smile clinic. i just wanna know how much it would cost and if its better than wearind braces and retainers?! please help! x

Suggestion:

You cannot have surgery "instead" of braces. Surgery is required for cases where the jaw bones are well out of alignment, and the surgery effectively breaks the jaw bones, and they are wired into the right place. If the teeth are wonky, then braces are used to straighten them, not surgery
