How to Treat Dental Cavities Naturally?

I got caries because I started eating more fruits and less products that have calcium(cheese, milk…).
They're small and but on at least 10 teeth. Pleaseee help!

Suggestion:

You can't treat them. They're holes in the enamel of your teeth. It's best to get them filled now or it's going to be very painful and expensive to fix them later.
