Is It Safe to Eat Solid Foods 5 or 6 Days After Wisdom Teeth Removal (i Have No Pain at All)?

I got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled thursday (it's tuesday now) and I have utterly no pain left. I am in no discomfort and not on any painkillers anymore. I want to start eating solid foods and chewing with my molars but I'm not sure if it will mess up the stitches in the back. Also, am I still at risk for dry socket at this point?

My dentist did not give me a syringe to rinse with, so please don't tell me to use that!

Thanks!

Suggestion:

First of all I am not a dentist so you shall decide on the reliability of the information I provide. Nevertheless I guess it's %100 OK. I had two wisdom teeth removal last summer. The first one was a little bit painful as it appears that the tooth was processing horizontally and thus they needed to cut a little bit more than the usual. Even in that case I stuck with the soup for only one day and continued with my usual diet starting from the other day. However I tried to take it slow while I was chewing and use the molars of the other side.
They had taken out my stitches after 4 days in both cases so my guess is that you are risk-free because it's highly likely you've already recovered.
Take care.
