if you cut a cucumber and place the pieces on the gums in the very back of the mouthand keep there for 3 hours
No because they don't come in until around the ages of 15-20, which is why they're so damn annoying. They don't have to be removed if there's no problems, but if they're impacted then they should be removed.
Having them removed isn't such a big deal. It can help to get it done in two segments (one side at one date, another side at another date) instead of just doing all of them in one go.
