Suggestion:
I would encourage you to visit this great site www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 6 years ago and They have saved me thousands of dollars on all services from xrays, extractions, exams, fillings, crowns….even my braces. They even had my extremely affordable benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use them the very same day. Good luck and hope this helps also maybe consider carecredit if need be.

Hello..Ypou have to good options for your Mom…The first one would be to call the "Out Patient Clinic" at the nearest Dental School..The clinic can provide great dental services and does so to the public. The cost will range from FREE to very low depending on the patients financial situation…The second option is to use "Credit Care" a company that provides financing for health services including dental. They offer an interest free payment plan for those who commit to a specific monthly payment amount and miss no payments paying off the balance in 12 months..Most all dental offices have the application form and will even file it for you…Good luck and I wish you well.

If y ou are in Australia ring your local Parliament member and ask where the free dental clinics are.
If you are in the USA (suspect from the spelling of Mom) do the same thing – there may be some special not-for-profit dental clinic that is not publised in your area.
If you don't ask you don't find out.
Also, the thing about insurance is that generally there is a waiting period – sometimes up to a year for dental.
Yes, dental issues can cause serious problems – any infections (abscesses) should be taken care of immediately as your mouth is right next to your brain – one young man in Australia who could not get treatment for such an infection died when it went to a brain infection – you can look it up if you wish. I am not trying to frighten you, but just get you to look now to see what the options are before things get bad.
Good luck
Dental schools offer lowered cost treatment for anyone regardless of their financial situation… if you are lowered income yourself you could try a community centre and their costs should be lower too.. do a google search
You have to buy individual dental insurance or a dental plan.
You can go to a dental school and have a student work on you.
You can go to a dental group and ask if they take payment arrangements.
You can look for a low income dental clinic.
You can get a Care Credit GE Money Bank credit card for medical and dental work only regardless of your credit score.
Those are all the options I know of. Nothing exists for low income people. Medicaid used to cover adult dental but no longer in most states. You can check if they cover dental work in your state. Dental problems are serious because tooth infections can spread throughout the body.
