Month After Having Wisdom Teeth Removed Pain?

So until recently my mouth was fine. But I noticed that my lower jaw hurts on the left side. I flush out the holes from surgery with water daily, but my cheek seems swollen on that side and when I smile, white stuff comes out of the hole. I'm really confused because I had thought that the hole was almost grown up and stuff had definitely stopped coming out of it. And I really don't know how to explain this to my dentist either. Help?

Suggestion:

Just explain it to your dentist like you just did, more then likely he will want to put you on an antibiotic, please call the office you got your teeth pulled from because they may need to take an x-ray to see how deep this is and this shouldn't be happening. Also if you call they may ask you to gargle with salt water also. So please call to make sure this doesn't end up being more serious because if it's not very deep simple antibiotics maybe the answer.
