My Lip Percing Closed Up on the Inside, Was Wondering What the Easiest Way to Open It Back Up Was.?

I had some dental surgery and i had to take my stud out, and it was only a couple days but the inside has already closed up, i think its relatively thin but what would be the easiest way to reopen it.

Suggestion:

um re-piercing it.
it's so much safer and less painful that "jabbing" it.
mostly because it's YOUR LIP.
