My Upper Lip Covers My Front Teeth When I Talk?

Is there any dental procedure that can correct this? I feel like my upper jaw is higher than normal so my upper lip sort of protrudes my lower lip. Any suggestions?

Suggestion:

I've never heard of any dental procedures to "correct" this, except maybe getting your upper teeth elongated but that wouldn't last forever. Personally, I would just smile more when you talk. It will show your upper teeth and you will seem more attractive. I bet no one is even noticing your lack of upper teeth though. Don't worry
