Physical Therapy or Dental Hygiene?
I'm trying to decide which career path is right for me. I am interested in both dental hygiene and physical therapy. Physical therapy school would mean moving about three hours away (I have a fiancée who is in the military and wouldn't be able to move) and is much harder to get into. In addition it would require an additional 2-3 years of study. Dental hygiene would not require me to move, however, it is not as stable as PT and has less advancement opportunities and a smaller salary. Which career path sounds best??? Thanks for any advice!!!
Suggestion:
It seems you have weighed all the pros and cons so you will really have to make the decision. Physical Therapy is a field that is much in demand today in many settings such as schools, hospitals, nursing homes, etc. If you are willing to put your personal life on hold for a few years you could have a more stable career.
