Answer:
It is VERY NORMAL for kids 4-6 to grind their teeth at night. I have seen kids come into the office with little stubs of baby teeth.
You DO NOT put a nightguard into a child's mouth, they would never tolerate it being in there, and it is a choking hazard. Nothing can be done per se, the grinding stops on its own right around 5-6 years of age.

She should go to the dentist and get fitted for a mouth guard to wear at night, although that might not be practical if she's still growing her teeth. Either way I'd schedule a dentist appointment to see what can be done.
if she chew gum a lot tell her to sto, i did the same thing. you could try to put like a bandana around her jaw n top of head to get it to stop. or get her some teeth guards that the football players use
