Suggestion:
After the first 24 hours you should have been rinsing with a warm salt water solution, every couple of hours. You should also be gently brushing but avoiding the socket areas. All of this is to help prevent infection. Start doing this right away.

when its safe to which i think it should be after 3 or 4 days they usually advise people to rinse their mouth out with a warm saltwater mix.
