The tuition charges vary a lot among dental colleges. Some schools are privately operated, and those are very expensive. Others are publicly run, and while they are not free or even cheap, they are much, much less than privately run schools.
But all dental schools–public and private–have Web sites and admissions offices that can help you understand what it will take to get admitted. There are exams and lots of paperwork that you would need to do, but they can explain all that. So find some dental schools in areas of the United States where you might want to go, and find those schools' Web sites. Contact the admissions office and start from there. Good luck!!
