I do not know if "w/" means "without" or "with" dorms, so I will try to answer both. I know UCSF and UCLA have dorms for undergraduates. However, the "UCs and CSUs" tend to be more college oriented than program oriented.
I am not sure about Loma Linda having dorms, but I hear great things about Loma Linda University. University of Southern California I heard has a good program.
