Sometimes the noises of everyday life can cause a migraine go get worse. When a migraine comes on you will feel like shutting off all noises so that your head will not hurt as bad as it does when someone shouts or slams the door a little hard.
While migraines are not predictable, there are some very good medications that will help you through the pain. The medication must be prescribed by a physician so be sure to see your doctor if you feel that you are experiencing migraines very often.
If your doctor does give you a prescription for a migraine medication, keep it with you everywhere you go. Migraines can come on very quickly and you never know where you will be when the next one hits. If you do not have your medication with you when the migraine hits, you could find yourself in a very uncomfortable position
