The rotary cuff muscles keep the shoulder joint stable, but when they become inflamed it is known as rotor cuff tendinitis. If an injury happens in the rotator cuff or the bursa of the shoulder they become enlarged and often cause swelling. This limits the space in the shoulder joint due as the muscles and tendons become squeezed between the bones of the shoulder joint.

Prevention; it is sometimes best to reduce activities which cause this matter. Poor posture and overuse of the tendons lead to this happening. Tendinitis can be prevented by taking activity slowly at first and building up so that it works smoothly without causing any Problems.
You need to reduce the power involved and avoid too much repetition as this could increase the difficulty. Most of all, stop if you feel agony or you are feeling unwell.
