How Long Does It Take for Tylenol 3 to Be out of Your System?

My dentist prescribed me Tylenol 3 to deal with a very bad toothache until I can get to the oral surgeon. I have been taking 800mg Ibuprofen, which is what she first told me to. The Tylenol 3 is not doing anything for my pain and I would like to take Ibuprofen but I don't want to mix medication, so when can I safely take Ibuprofen? Thanks.

I think it would take 12-24 hours I also took t3 for my widsom teeth pain and it didnt do much either:( get better!

3 days tops

My dentist and doctor both said that taking both while trying to relieve swelling is fine. Don't take more than 8 Tylenol 3's (2 every 6 hours) per day and no more than 1600 mgs per day of the ibuprofen.
