Is the Oral Surgeon Gonna Wanna Do More X-rays Next Year?

Ive just been suffering with the pain, and will have to into next year, I saw two oral surgeons who have both been useless (basically first was too expensive, second was paranoid and didnt wanna do anything). Will the oral surgeon wanna do more x-rays next year (i saw him a few months ago and he was using a panorex my general dentist did months before that) and any general advice.

will probably want to see what the throat looks like . changes since the last visit
