Floss or Brush Teeth First?

does it even matter?

Suggestion:

In hygiene school they teach you, floss then brush. My routine is that I brush, floss, brush and rinse with a fluoride rinse (no alcohol rinses). I prefer to put my fingers into a clean mouth, that is why I brush before flossing, then after you floss you need to brush again to get the food particals out.
ACT (green bottle) is my choice for a daily rinse. Braun Oral B is the electric toothbrush that I recommend to my patients. Not a battery powered one, that is not strong enough.
All the best :)

Floss first – then brush. Then rinse with a mouthwash or tooth strengthener or a water/hydrogen peroxide mixture. Do yourself a huge favor and get yourself an electric toothbrush, too. Expensive, but so worth it.

you can get a cheap dollar electric toothbrush at the dollar store or other 3-5 dollar one is good also
obviously first floss and then clean teeth you want to get those peaces out….you can use a tooth pic if out at a restaurant ,
do at least twice in morning and night……….
have a nice smile !
