you can buy home whitening kits from places like pharmacys etc. However its best to get it done with the dentist, where he will take impressions of your teeth, send them off to the lab technician who will make trays (like gumsheilds) for you, the dentist will order the whitening solution for you and give you instructions on how to use it. usually takes about 2 weeks.
Ask your dentist to make trays for you and to sell you the product he uses. There are many different ones such as Nite White, Opalessence, Rembrandt, etc….
Or you can try Crest White Strips. These can be found in just about any grocery or drug store.
what is the colour of the tooth like, do you feel that the colour is somewhat dark brown and did the whole teeth change colour. if not try going for porcelain veneer from a good dental surgeon that i almost a one step permanent solution.
