Suggestion:
I see a lot of patients that wear crest strips and I think they do a great job. It's always worth a shot to try and if you don't think they work you may need professional strength from your dentist.
p.s. just make sure it's not on your gums when you put them on– you may have to trim them if they are.

When I tried the teeth whitening strips, I personally only saw a small difference. Maybe it was because I didn't always remember to use them. But either way something that's a lot more effective for me was Idol White. I liked it because I took it with me and it was more convenient and effective than the trays and strips.
Aquafresh white trays work great. A box comes with 7 trays for each your upper and lower teeth. You use them once a day for an hour. I only used 3 and was happy enough with the results to discontinue using them.
they work great. one month before my wedding i decided to try them and it did the trick. wear them every day. the box says to leave them on for 30 min. but i kept mine on longer until the gel was gone. another thing that works is the crest vivid white tooth paste.
